How long does it take to process and ship my order
For our soft launch, garments will be mailed in four weeks. However thereafter, please expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. The delivery date is dependent upon your location and shipping method. Within the U.S. it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days and 2-4 weeks if outside the U.S.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items will have longer processing times, anywhere between 1-4 weeks. Pre-order timeframes will be displayed within the description box of the pre-order item.
Caring for your statement piece
We recommend that you hand wash and hang dry your statement piece.
Pictured Garments
Please note that each piece is truly unique and no two garments are cut the same. As such, there may be a slight variation from the pictured garments.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your delivery location.
Customs charges
All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and or fees, imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the consumer, as DUNEDAAL does not have control over the charges. Please note that these charges will vary from country to country.
Undelivered items
If you have placed an order but have not received the order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for shipping delays. If after 2 to 3 days you still have not received your order, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@dunedaal.com for additional assistance.
Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the hang tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the above outlined timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@dunedaal.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@dunedaal.com and send your item in its original condition to: 3213 Duke St. , #671, Alexandria VA 22314, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
